How do I buy an original?
Original paintings are available here. You may also contact me to request a studio visit or find me at art markets and fairs to purchase original paintings.
Can I commission a painting?
I definitely welcome commission requests! Please send all commission inquiries to hello@chloe-york.com. A deposit of half the total cost of the discussed piece is due before commission work can be started.
Where can I purchase prints?
Prints of my work are available in my online store in sizes 5”x7” and 8”x10.” Larger sized prints can be found on Artfully Walls and Fy.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! If you would like to set up a payment plan, please email me at hello@chloe-york.com. Plans are set up with Paypal as a monthly payable invoice in an amount agreed upon by you and me. I want my work to be as accessible and attainable as possible!
How is my artwork going to be shipped?
all artwork is wrapped, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box or plastic envelope.
Most artwork will ship via USPS and most packages arrive within 5-7 business days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking). Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.
Large canvas works (18”x24” and up) will be packaged and shipped via FedEx.
You may also choose a local delivery or pickup option to save on shipping costs. Contact me to learn more.
Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.
Can I pick up my artwork from your studio?
My studio is open to visitors by appointment only and we can certainly arrange order pick-ups in the Birmingham, AL or Homewood, AL areas. Select local pick-up at checkout to forgo shipping costs altogether and we will work out a time to meet via email. If you are interested in a studio visit, email hello@chloe-york.com.
Returns
All sales are final except in certain situations. Email chloeyorkart@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and check colors and surface quality on multiple screens and use zoom-in options. I try my best to represent the colors and tones in my work completely honestly and clearly.

I am honored you would like my artwork on your walls and in your shop! Gallery owners: Please send me an email to discuss your gallery and ideas. You may not resell artwork (prints or originals) without written permission.
Donating artwork for charity
I donate a set number of originals to charitable causes each quarter. Please email your request to hello@chloe-york.com.
Please note that I retain all rights to all artwork, even those of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector or buyer has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.
